BREVARD COUNTY • MELBOURNE, FLORIDA – Meet Wilson Soto, a Security Operations Supervisor with the Health First hospital system in Brevard County and an amazing pianist . A patient, who was nearing end of life actually donated years ago the beautiful piano you see Wilson playing in the above video.

The patient’s room was actually close enough that the piano could be clearly heard when played. Aware of the connection between patient – and piano – the family asked if anyone on staff might be able to play the instrument during that special moment.

Wilson volunteered and dropped everything he was doing to provide a few minutes of compassion through beautiful music.

When asked about the experience, Wilson, whose first order of business is protecting Health First’s patients, visitors and associates, said only, “It was truly an honor and a blessing.”
