Eastern Florida State Men’s Soccer Duo Named to United Soccer Scholar All-America First Team

BREVARD COUNTY • , FLORIDA – A pair of Eastern Florida State College men’s soccer players were named to the United Soccer Coaches Scholar All-America Team on Friday.

Men’s soccer goalkeeper Kodai Tsuzuki and defender George Wyatt were both named to the first team.

The duo were starters for the Eastern Florida State College men’s soccer team which finished 15-3 this season and won both the Region 8 and Southeast District championships, reaching the NJCAA Division I National Tournament for the first time in three seasons.

Tsuzuki finished with a 3.90 GPA in the fall season.

The Takahama, Japan native started 15 games this season with eight shutouts and a 0.77 goals against average. Tsuzuki allowed just 10 goals and was 12-2.

Wyatt had a 3.70 GPA as the Bury, England native started 13 games at center defense this season. The captain scored twice and had an assist including a game winner.
