SERVING Florida’s 8th District

WASHINGTON, DC – As we wrap up the first month of the 119th Congress, I want to take a moment to reflect on an exciting and eventful start to the year.
From being sworn in and casting my first votes to working alongside President Trump and congressional leadership to chart our course for the work we have ahead of us, January has set the stage for a productive and impactful year.
Serving as your representative in Congress is the honor of a lifetime, and I am committed to fighting every day to ensure that the voices of Florida’s 8th District are heard loud and clear in Washington.
Whether it’s securing our borders, strengthening our economy, protecting our constitutional freedoms, or advocating for our district’s unique priorities—like ensuring the Space Coast remains at the forefront of America’s aerospace innovation—my mission is simple: to put our community and country first.
This past month, I had the privilege of meeting with President Trump and Vice President Vance to discuss our shared vision for the future of America and standing with my colleagues in passing crucial legislation to protect American families.
Additionally, I was able to travel back to our district to connect with local leaders, small business owners, and law enforcement officers who work tirelessly to keep our communities safe.
January has been a month of historic change, but it is just the beginning. There is much more to accomplish, and I look forward to working alongside my colleagues and each of you to deliver results for Florida’s 8th District and the country as a whole.
I encourage you to reach out to my office if there’s anything we can do to serve you.
Let’s keep up the good work—together!
– Mike Haridopolos
