Palm Bay Community Invited to ‘Coffee with the City Manager’ Set for July 29 at Palm Bay City Hall

BREVARD COUNTY • PALM BAY, FLORIDA — Palm Bay Residents will have the opportunity to engage directly with city leadership at the upcoming Coffee with the City Manager event, scheduled for Tuesday, July 29, from 7:30 – 8:30 a.m. at Palm Bay City Hall, located at 120 Malabar Road.

This informal meet-and-greet is designed to foster open dialogue between the City Manager and members of the Palm Bay community. Attendees are encouraged to bring questions, share concerns, and discuss ideas over a morning cup of coffee.

The event comes amid growing community engagement, including a recent message of praise from a Country Club area resident near Riviera Drive. In an email to Public Works Customer Service, the resident expressed appreciation for the improved maintenance efforts, stating, “I don’t know what is being done differently this year… but WOW! Our neighborhood looks so clean, so well done.”

The City’s Public Works team has implemented a more efficient approach to lot line ditch maintenance, utilizing a mini excavator and small flatbed truck. The debris collected during the process is repurposed to fill low areas in local parks, further enhancing public spaces.

With community involvement and continued innovation from city departments, Palm Bay remains committed to transparent communication and responsive service. Residents are invited to come share their thoughts and enjoy a conversation with those working to make Palm Bay a better place to live.
