Scheduled Lane Closure in Melbourne Set For Morning of July 7

The City of Melbourne Public Works and Utilities Department will be closing E. New Haven Avenue between Vernon Place and Waverly Place, in Melbourne, on Monday, July 7.

BREVARD COUNTY • FLORIDA — The City of Melbourne Public Works and Utilities Department will be closing E. New Haven Avenue between Vernon Place and Waverly Place, in Melbourne, on Monday, July 7.

The work is scheduled to begin at 6:30 a.m. and will extend until 11:30 a.m. to remove a tree for safety reasons.

A detour will be provided to route traffic around the work area. Motorists are advised to plan their travel accordingly, account for potential delays, and proceed with caution.
