Crydermans is now also featuring a to-die-for smoked pastrami brisket Ruben sandwich, topped with cheese, pickled onion slaw, and house made sauce, on marbled rye bread. This sandwich is only available one weekend per month, and is flying off the buffet line. Be sure to get it while you can.
The menu also features smoked, butter dipped turkey, Cheshire pulled pork and ribs, prime brisket, house-made beef sausage. All meats are all natural, top quality, and all wood smoked. Sides include the southern staples that you won’t find in a can: creamy potato salad, smoked out beans, mac-n-cheese, coleslaw, and collard greens. Be sure to try the cornbread, smoked walnut chocolate cookies and house made puddin’ desserts.
