Palm Bay Police, DEA Seize Guns, Large Quantities of Narcotics in Major Trafficking Bust

Perp faces multiple charges related to trafficking and sale of narcotics, possession of firearms

BREVARD COUNTY • PALM BAY, FLORIDA – The Palm Bay Police Department’s Special Investigations Unit, in collaboration with the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), has concluded a months-long investigation into the drug trafficking activities of 39-year-old Jason Archie in and around the City of Palm Bay.
On October 14, the Palm Bay Police Department SWAT Team executed a search warrant at Archie’s residence, leading to the discovery of a significant quantity of illegal narcotics and firearms.
Officers recovered five firearms, approximately 1,068 grams of cocaine, 65.5 grams of fentanyl, 1,668.5 grams of cannabis, 24 grams of MDMA, 20 grams of amphetamine tablets, as well as U.S. currency and drug paraphernalia.
As a result of the operation, Archie faces multiple charges connected to the trafficking and sale of narcotics, along with possession of firearms by a convicted felon.
In a statement, the Palm Bay Police Department commended the efforts of its Special Investigations Unit, noting their dedication to removing dangerous drugs from the community.
