Palm Bay Police, Brevard Sheriff’s Agents Nail Two Drug Dealers Now Sentenced to Federal Prison for Fentanyl Conspiracy

Eric William Garvin, 29, and Anthony Lee Khan, 40, of Palm Bay sentenced to federal prison

Eric William Garvin, 29, of Palm Bay, has been sentenced by U.S. District Judge Anne-Leigh Gaylord Moe to federal prison for conspiring to distribute fentanyl.

ORLANDO, FLORIDA – Eric William Garvin, 29, of Palm Bay, and Anthony Lee Khan, 40, of Palm Bay, have been sentenced by U.S. District Judge Anne-Leigh Gaylord Moe to federal prison for conspiring to distribute fentanyl.

Garvin was sentenced to 17 years and 6 months, and Khan was sentenced to 14 years and 8 months.

U.S. Attorney Gregory W. Kehoe made the announcement.

According to court documents, between August and September 2025, Khan sold an ounce of fentanyl to a confidential source on three occasions.

Anthony Lee Khan, 40, of Palm Bay, has been sentenced by U.S. District Judge Anne-Leigh Gaylord Moe to federal prison for conspiring to distribute fentanyl.

Garvin supplied the fentanyl to Khan for each of these deals.

Search warrants were then executed at both of their residences, resulting in the recovery of an additional over 900 grams of cocaine, over 400 grams of methamphetamine, and over 350 grams of fentanyl.

This case was investigated by the Drug Enforcement Administration, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the Palm Bay Police Department, and the Brevard County Sheriff’s Office.

It was prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Megan Testerman.
