Wickham Park First Friday returns on Friday, July 10, bringing an evening of live entertainment, local food vendors and family-friendly activities to one of Brevard County’s most popular parks.
The monthly community event will take place from 5:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Wickham Park, located at 2500 Parkway Drive in Melbourne.
The event will be held rain or shine and is open to residents and visitors of all ages.
Guests can enjoy live music by the David Julia Band, along with a variety of food trucks serving local favorites. Families are encouraged to bring lawn chairs or blankets and spend the evening relaxing while enjoying music in the park.
Wickham Park First Friday has become a favorite monthly tradition on the Space Coast, offering an opportunity for the community to gather outdoors while supporting local musicians and food vendors in a welcoming atmosphere.
The event is part of Brevard County Parks and Recreation’s ongoing effort to provide affordable recreational opportunities for residents throughout the county.
In addition to First Friday, the department hosts a variety of educational programs, guided hikes and family activities at county parks throughout the summer.
Admission to the event is free.
