The ceremony highlighted a series of well-earned promotions, underscoring the department’s commitment to leadership development and operational excellence.

BREVARD COUNTY • TITUSVILLE, FLORIDA – The Titusville Fire Department recognized the dedication, service, and career advancement of its personnel during a formal pinning ceremony held inside the Council Chambers at City Hall, marking a significant moment for both seasoned leaders and newly sworn firefighters.

The ceremony highlighted a series of well-earned promotions, underscoring the department’s commitment to leadership development and operational excellence.

Battalion Chief David Neeld was among those honored, alongside Captain Lisa Ford, Lieutenant Jermaine McKoy, Driver Operator Josh Farner, and Driver Operator David Martin.

“This special event marked an important milestone in the careers of several outstanding members and welcomed the next generation of firefighters to our team,” said a Titusville Fire Department spokesperson.
