Brevard Public Schools is celebrating 18 educators and administrators who have stepped into new leadership roles across the district for the 2026-27 school year.
BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – Brevard Public Schools is celebrating 18 educators and administrators who have stepped into new leadership roles across the district for the 2026-27 school year.
District officials congratulated the newly appointed leaders and expressed confidence in the positive impact they will make on students, teachers, staff members, and families throughout Brevard County.
The new school leaders are:
Jessika Beard — Golfview Elementary Magnet School Daniela Brao Stephens — Riviera Elementary School Maycee Brown — Sunrise Elementary School Melissa Carter — Endeavour Elementary Candice Dellarocco — Palm Bay Elementary School Kimberly Figueroa — Central Middle School Michelle Gainer — Apollo Elementary School Donald Hudson — Cocoa Beach Jr./Sr. High School Ashley Kohlstedt — Roy Allen Elementary School Ashley Villarreal — South Lake Elementary School Colleen N. Anderson — Surfside Elementary School Dana L. Inghram — Meadowlane Intermediate School Sarah L. Straus — Brevard Virtual School Christina Cerrato — James Madison Middle School Adria Herscher — Satellite High School Breanna Scott — Bayside High School Marisa Trice — Quest Elementary School Tara Wilson — John F. Turner Elementary School
The appointments span elementary, middle and high schools, as well as the district’s virtual education program.
“We are excited to see the positive impact these leaders will make in their new roles and wish them continued success in the year ahead,” Brevard Public Schools said in announcing the appointments.
The new leaders begin their roles as Brevard Public Schools welcomes students, teachers, and staff members back for the 2026-27 academic year.
