OFFICE HOURS

Our office hours are from 8 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

APPOINTMENTS

To schedule an appointment, call 321-725-2225, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. We do offer same day appointments and walk-ins.

CANCELLATIONS

If you must cancel an appointment, please call at least a day in advance so we can give your time to another patient. If, due to unforeseen circumstances, you cannot give 24 hours notice, please call as soon as you know you will be unable to keep your time. If you miss an appointment for any reason, please call and reschedule another appointment.

PRESCRIPTION REFILLS

Existing patients may call their respective physician for prescription refills. Refills will be addressed within 48 hours of the patient call. We are not able to refill lost or stolen medication.
