The North beat the South 49-0 to extend the North’s dominance to 12-3 overall in the 15th Annual Brevard County All-Star Football Game played at Melbourne High School’s Tom McIntyre Stadium on Jan. 21.

The 49 points scored by the North team are the second most ever scored in the annual game.

The North put up 55 points in the 2004 contest.

The first All-Star football game was played in Brevard in 1996 and there was no game in 2001.

This year marked the sixth shutout of the series with the South getting goose-egged five of those times.

Officials stopped naming an MVP after the 2006 season.
