BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – Tom Hanks remains one of the most popular and successful actors of his generation.

With two Academy Awards and appearing some of the most memorable films of all-time, Hanks has endeared himself to audiences worldwide over the years.

That makes him the highest all-time box office movie star in history.

A multi-talented actor, producer, writer and director, Hanks also has been honored for his unwavering support for America’s space program and devotion to U.S . military veterans causes.

His career spans from the early 1980s to the present and he is currently filming a role in which he will portray Walt Disney.
