Cancer Care’s Multicultural Health Fair Today

BREVARD COUNTY • MELBOURNE, FLORIDA – In its combined efforts to provide the community access to important health education and screenings, Cancer Care Centers of Brevard and Cancer Care Centers Foundation are hosting its third annual Multicultural Health Fair on Saturday, Jan. 18 from 8 a.m. to 12 noon.

The free event will take place at Cancer Care Centers of Brevard located on 1430 S. Pine Street in Melbourne.
“We are excited and grateful to all of our sponsors who helped make this event possible because it enables us to continue educating our patients about the importance of early detection,” said Medical Director Ravi Shankar, M.D.
The community is invited to attend this special event which offers free breast and prostate screenings by appointment only as well as diabetic, blood pressure, and skin cancer screenings.
Physicians from Cancer Care Centers of Brevard and the Hispanic American Medical Association will be on hand to answer questions, provide health information and screenings.
