New Poll Shows Scott Leading Crist for Governor

SCOTT GAINS MOST GROUND AMONG CENTRAL FLORIDA VOTERS

TALLAHASSEE, FLORIDA — Incumbent Florida Governor Rick Scott leads former Governor Charlie Crist in the latest 2014 governor race poll results released by WFLA.

According to the statewide poll results, Scott leads Crist with 42 percent of voter support, compared to 40 percent for Crist. Nine percent of respondents indicated they would be voting for a third party and eight percent were undecided.

Among central Florida region voters, Scott rallied to take a 47-34 lead. In the previous WFLA poll, Crist led Scott, 46 -38, among the same group.

The poll, conducted by SurveyUSA for News Channel 8, has a margin or error of 4.3 percent. Which candidate do you support for Florida governor? Comment below.
