BREVARD COUNTY • MELBOURNE, FLORIDA – Four members of the Florida Tech men’s lacrosse team have been to the 10-player United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association (USILA) Division II Team of the Week for Mar. 27, as announced by the association Tuesday.

Daniel Flock, Ryan Land, Mason Ostrowski and Addison Abramson were all selected after leading Florida Tech to a pair of victories over Top-10 teams last week, in No. 5 Tampa (7-6) and No. 10 Mount Olive (11-10).

Flock, a junior goalkeeper, registered 29 saves and a .644 save percentage over the two wins. He had 17 saves against Tampa, including one with less than 30 seconds remaining to preserve the win.

He had 12 saves in the win over Mount Olive, the program’s first over the Trojans in school history.

A junior faceoff specialist, Land went 17-of-21 at the faceoff x last week. He had his best game against UMO as he won 16-of-19 and scooped up seven ground balls to help the Panthers defeat the Trojans.

Ostrowski had a breakout week for FIT, finishing with nine points on four goals and five assists while adding five ground balls.

The freshman attackman posted one goal and two assists in a 7-6 win over Tampa and then recorded three goals, including the game-winner with six seconds left, three assists and four ground balls against Mount Olive.
