BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – Bright Star, a program of Hospice of Health First, is a specialized children’s group for grief and loss that encourages the expression of grief experiences through creative, positive play within a peer group setting.

To provide these supportive groups, the organization needs caring, compassionate adults to help. Volunteers play a major role in providing our Bright Star services and facilitating groups for children ages 3 to 18.

Volunteers must be willing to commit to the required six-week facilitator training and screening.

The next training class begins Tuesday, February 5 at 6 p.m.
