Two New Passenger Boarding Bridges Will Be Shipped to Port Canaveral for Cruise Terminal 3

BREVARD COUNTY • PORT CANAVERAL, FLORIDA – Two new passenger boarding bridges for Cruise Terminal 3 (CT3) will be shipped in one piece to Port Canaveral from the Port of Barcelona.

The shipping date is scheduled between Jan. 15 and Jan. 30, 2020, and the bridges should arrive at the Port between Feb. 4 and Feb. 21, 2020.

CT3 will become the homeport for Carnival Cruise Line’s new Mardi Gras, the first LNG-powered cruise ship to homeport in North America.

Currently, under construction in Finland, the cruise ship is scheduled to arrive at the Port on Oct. 15, 2020.

CT3 will become the homeport for Carnival’s newest and most innovative cruise ship, the Mardi Gras, when she arrives in October 2020.

The shipping date is scheduled between Jan. 15 and Jan. 30, 2020, and the bridges should arrive at the Port between Feb. 4 and Feb. 21, 2020. (Port Canaveral image)
