UPDATE: SpaceX Falcon 9 Launch from Cape Canaveral Set for Thursday Afternoon

BREVARD COUNTY • KENNEDY SPACE CENTER, FLORIDA – SpaceX is scheduled to launch Falcon 9 rocket Thursday afternoon that will be carrying Starlink 9 from Kennedy Space Center’s historic LC-39A.

Launch is targeted for 4:39 p.m. ET

The mission will carry Starlink 9 which will be the tenth batch of satellites designated for SpaceX’s Starlink broadband network.

Following first stage separation, SpaceX will attempt to recover the first stage booster engine on drone ship ‘Of Course, I Still Love You’ stationed in the Atlantic Ocean.

The launch was originally scheduled for Monday, June 22, but was pushed back last week one-day to Tuesday, June 23, and is currently set for Thursday, June 25.
