BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – Congratulations go to Roderick Foster of Ronald McNair Magnet School as he has been named Brevard Public Schools 2022-2023 Employee of the Year.

Foster is a Tech but does more than ensure the BPS equipment is working.

BPS officials said he is a mentor to students and a trusted voice in the McNair community.

“I take great pride in my involvement in this amazing school,” said Foster.

“I make myself available beyond my normal work hours because I know how important it is for teachers, staff, and students to have working technology. I take pride in building rapport with students, mentoring as needed, and implementing on-campus initiatives as extracurriculars.”
