ABOVE VIDEO: SpaceX launched the ESA Euclid mission to a Sun-Earth L2 transfer orbit, also known as the Sun-Earth Lagrange point 2, from Space Launch Complex 40 (SLC-40) at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station in Florida on Saturday, July 1 at 11:12 a.m. ET.

BREVARD COUNTY • CAPE CANAVERAL, FLORIDA – SpaceX launched the ESA Euclid mission to a Sun-Earth L2 transfer orbit, also known as the Sun-Earth Lagrange point 2, from Space Launch Complex 40 (SLC-40) at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station in Florida on Saturday, July 1 at 11:12 a.m. ET.

This was the second launch and landing for this Falcon 9 first stage booster, which previously launched Ax-2.
