BREVARD COUNTY • ROCKLEDGE, FLORIDA – Rockledge Raiders 4-star football player Jaylen Heyward, ranked No.1 in the nation at the safety position on ESPN’s latest class of 2024 prospect rankings, decommited from Georgia on Tuesday.

Heyward verbally committed to the University of Georgia back in January.

In his 27 career games at Rockledge, he tallied 83 total tackles and five interceptions.

Heyward has offers from nearly every top program in the country including Alabama, Michigan, and Ohio State to name just a few.
