Community Invited to Family Promise of Brevard’s Big Brunch Fundraiser

BREVARD COUNTY • COCOA VILLAGE, FLORIDA – Family Promise of Brevard is inviting the community to slow down, gather together, and make a difference at The Big Brunch, a family-friendly fundraising event designed to bring people together over good food and an even better cause.
Set for Saturday, February 28, The Big Brunch will take place from noon to 3 p.m. at The Firehouse in Historic Cocoa Village, located at 114 1st Street, Cocoa.
The afternoon promises a welcoming atmosphere where brunch, bubbly drinks, music, and art blend with a shared commitment to helping local families thrive.
More than just a social gathering, The Big Brunch serves as a vital fundraiser for Family Promise of Brevard, a nonprofit organization dedicated to preventing and ending family homelessness across the Space Coast.
Through shelter, support services, and community partnerships, Family Promise works to keep families safely housed and children on a path toward stability and success.
Guests can expect an engaging experience that reflects the heart of the organization’s mission — neighbors supporting neighbors. With live music, creative elements, and opportunities to connect with others who care deeply about the community, the event is designed to be inclusive and meaningful for attendees of all ages.
Organizers say The Big Brunch is about more than raising funds; it’s about strengthening community ties and reminding families in need that they are not alone.
As the date approaches, Family Promise of Brevard encourages residents to mark their calendars, bring friends and family, and be part of an afternoon that blends celebration with compassion.
