BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA — Students at Eau Gallie High School will benefit from expanded hands-on aviation education after the JetBlue Foundation awarded a $20,000 grant to the school’s Aerospace/Aviation Assembly (AAA) Program through the Brevard Schools Foundation.

The funding will help strengthen the AAA Program by providing students with additional opportunities to develop the technical skills and real-world experience needed for careers in the aerospace and aviation industries.

The investment supports career-focused education in one of Brevard County’s largest employment sectors, helping prepare students for future opportunities in aviation, aerospace, and related technical fields.

Brevard Schools Foundation thanked the JetBlue Foundation for its support, noting that the partnership helps foster innovation, engage the community, and create meaningful opportunities for students.

“Today’s students are preparing for tomorrow’s careers,” the Brevard Schools Foundation said in announcing the grant.

The organization added that the funding will enhance hands-on learning experiences and help students build the knowledge and skills necessary for success in the aviation industry.

The Aerospace/Aviation Assembly Program at Eau Gallie High School is designed to introduce students to careers in aviation and aerospace through practical instruction and industry-relevant training.

The JetBlue Foundation’s investment continues its mission of supporting educational initiatives that inspire the next generation of aviation professionals while helping strengthen workforce development in communities across the country.
