Titusville Firefighters Nate Schettino, Emilio Ramos Earn Employee of the Month Honors

During a call for service while on shift, two members of the Titusville Fire Department met a very sweet elderly citizen who had called for their help to get off the ground. After assisting the needy citizen, the firefighters learned that she was no longer able to use her family room, which has her computer in it or check her mail safely because of her use of a walker and the different levels and steps in her home. Acting Titusville Fire Lt. Lees and Lt. Johnson was able to save a dog from the kennel away from the impinging fire on Lucky Street on Friday.
