ANIMAL ENCOUNTERS: This is your chance to get up close and personal. Meet the keepers, ask questions and learn all about what makes our animals so amazing! Here’s the schedule:
Sunday
- 10:30 am – Armadillo encounter (Paws On Petting Zone)
- 11 am – Meet a terrapin (Paws On aquarium)
- 12 pm – Meet a bird of prey (By the Zoo entrance)
- 12:30 pm – Meet the dingos (By the Zoo entrance)
- 2 pm – Jaguar training (La Selva)
- 2:30 pm – Meerkat chat (Expedition Africa)
- 3 pm – Otter chat (Wild Florida)
Monday
- 10:30 am – Animal encounter (Paws On Petting Zone)
- 1:30 pm – Lizard training (Paws On Petting Zone)
- 2 pm – Meet the dingos (By the Zoo entrance)
- 2:30 pm – Jaguar training (La Selva)
Tuesday
- 11:10 am – Meet the camels aboard the Cape to Cairo Express (buy your train tickets early!)
