BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – The Brevard County Sheriff’s Office is seeking suspect Adam Allen Staats in the latest edition of “Fishing for Fugitives,” as Sheriff Wayne Ivey comes to you from Lee Wenner Park in Cocoa.

In this episode, Sheriff Ivey says 41-year-old Staats is wanted for a bench warrant and driving with a suspended license.

Staats is has a bench warrant out for failure to appear for docket sounding REF fleeing or attempting to elude without lights and siren.

The 41-year-old suspect is also being charged with driving while license suspended, canceled, or revoked with one prior, no motorcycle endorsement, or driver’s license.

Staats is known to frequent the Cocoa area and was last hooked on April 4, 202. Staat has a $5,000 bond.

“If you’re the ‘Catch of the Day,’ you know what to do, turn yourself in and do the right thing – don’t make our Fugitive Unit come to get you. Because if you don’t turn yourself in, I promise you, they aren’t far from your house,” said Sheriff Ivey.
