Titans make it to the semifinals of the state tournament for fourth time in program history

BREVARD COUNTY • MELBOURNE, FLORIDA – Two Eastern Florida State College women’s basketball players were named to the FCSAA State Tournament All-Tournament team on Saturday night.

Forwards L’or Eyeba Mputu and Rapuluchi Ngorka were both named to the All-Tournament team during the championship game.

Mputu averaged 11.5 points, nine rebounds, and two blocks off the bench in the two games of the tournament. The freshman recorded her third double-double of the season in the semifinal with 15 points and 13 rebounds in the game.

Ngorka averaged 12.5 points and 15 rebounds in the two games as the freshman recorded a double-double in both games and now has 17 on the season, which is one away from tying the school record.

Eastern Florida State College made it to the semifinals of the state tournament for the fourth time in program history.
