Man identified as Yousuf Abdul Wahid Abdul Aziz Al Farsi from West Melbourne

A motorcyclist has died on Monday after crashing into a vehicle on Dairy Road near Range Drive in Melbourne.

BREVARD COUNTY • MELBOURNE, FLORIDA – The motorcyclist who was killed  on Monday after crashing into a vehicle on Dairy Road near Range Drive in Melbourne has been identified.

The motorcyclist is identified as 22-year-old Yousuf Abdul Wahid Abdul Aziz Al Farsi from West Melbourne.

Authorities say the crash happened around 2:30 p.m.

Melbourne Police responded to the scene on Monday when they received a call of a vehicle vs. motorcycle crash in the area Dairy Road and
Range Drive.

The investigation has revealed the motorcyclist was traveling northbound on Dairy Road when a vehicle, driven by 82-year-old Alice Lazenby Carter from Melbourne, pulled into the northbound lanes on Dairy Road from Range Drive. The motorcyclist then crashed into the vehicle traveling at a high-rate of speed, according to police.

The motorcyclist was taken to Holmes Regional where he was later pronounced dead.

The motorcyclist’s identity has not yet been released.
