BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – Melbourne Bulldogs senior offensive lineman James Hinds sat down with Space Coast Daily Sports Editor Juan Rodriguez for a one-on-one interview from the Space Coast Daily Studio in Cocoa.

“The biggest thing is staying focused, we got a young group of guys. They’re going to be excited, high energy, we have to make sure that energy is doing the right thing during practice,” said Hunds when asked about the Bulldogs going into this season.

The 6’3 lineman has offers from programs like Air Force, USF, and Yale to name a few.

Melbourne High School claimed the district title last year for the second straight season, finishing with a 9-3 record in 2022.

The Bulldogs are set to host Lake Brantley in the kick-off classic on August 18.
