Single Round of Ammunition Found in Bathroom Prompts Shelter-in-Place at Space Coast Jr./Sr. High

BREVARD COUNTY • COCOA, FLORIDA – This morning Space Coast Jr./Sr. was put on a shelter in place after a single round of ammunition was located in a bathroom.

Brevard County Sheriff’s Office has been on the scene since this morning with various resources conducting a thorough investigation and “all students and staff are safe.”

“Brevard County Sheriff’s Office appreciates everyone’s cooperation during this time and will provide any updates that may become available,” said a BCSO spokesperson.
