BREVARD COUNTY • MELBOURNE, FLORIDA – A popular springtime attraction is returning with a luminous twist as Illumi-Nature brings thousands of glowing displays to life during select nights from March 13 through May 10, turning the Brevard Zoo into a vibrant after-dark experience.
Illumi-Nature runs on select nights through May 10, giving visitors multiple opportunities throughout the spring season to experience the zoo in a completely different light.
From 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. on select evenings, guests can explore a magical nighttime setting featuring more than 1,000 illuminated displays depicting animals, flowers, mythical creatures, and other whimsical designs.
The event transforms sections of the zoo into a glowing landscape where visitors can wander along softly lit pathways surrounded by vibrant lantern-style sculptures and sparkling foliage.
Organizers say the immersive lighting installations are designed to create a sense of wonder and discovery around every corner.
One of the highlights of Illumi-Nature will be a glowing garden experience located along a behind-the-scenes pathway off the Wild Florida boardwalk, where guests can stroll through an illuminated botanical environment filled with oversized flowers, radiant plant life, and fantasy-inspired scenes.
Throughout the evening, guests will also have opportunities to enhance their visit with themed food offerings, specialty cocktails and mocktails, and exclusive event merchandise available for purchase.
Brevard Zoo officials say the event not only provides a unique nighttime experience but also supports an important mission.
Ticket sales and optional add-on purchases help fund global conservation and wildlife protection efforts, contributing to programs that benefit animals and habitats worldwide.
Presale tickets are currently available for $30, though organizers note that prices will increase once the event officially begins on March 13.
