Rising Stars Abundant On Space Coast
BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – Since golf’s introduction on the Space Coast, promising young talent continues to learn the game and its finer points right here in Brevard County.
Some of that talent has gone on to college and professional careers and the prep golf and juniors golf scene has thrived as a result.
Brevard is home to some great courses and also some top-notch coaching and instruction for young golfers.
At the recent Space Coast Daily Spring Sports Media Day event, we asked Bobby Walker, publisher of Space Coast Golf Magazine to access the state of prep and junior golf in Brevard County and to talk about some of the more promising players coming up through the ranks here.
