BREVARD COUNTY • TITUSVILLE, FLORIDA — Meet Lt. Telly Joiner in the above video, one of the dedicated Patrol Lieutenants at the Titusville Police Department, but his impact goes far beyond the badge.

Off duty, you’ll find him on the field as Coach T, leading the Titusville Terriers 10U football team, teaching kids not just the game, but the values of teamwork, respect, and becoming good young men.

Lt. Joiner grew up in the Titusville community, attending Titusville High School, playing youth sports, and proudly serving his hometown with over 18 years of law enforcement experience.

Also featured in the above video is School Resource Officer Bernard Williams, who shares Lt. Joiner’s passion for community and spends his off-duty time coaching and mentoring these young athletes alongside him.
