BREVARD COUNTY • COCOA BEACH, FLORIDA — Dirty Noodz Ramen & Sake Bar is officially opening its doors to the public this weekend in Downtown Cocoa Beach, bringing a bold new dining and nightlife experience to Florida’s Space Coast.

Located at 26 S. Atlantic Avenue in the heart of Downtown Cocoa Beach, Dirty Noodz combines chef-driven ramen, Asian-inspired street food, premium sake, imported Asian beers, creative cocktails, and a high-energy atmosphere that transports guests from the beach to the streets of Tokyo.

The restaurant opens to the public on Friday at 5 p.m., just in time for Downtown Cocoa Beach’s popular Friday Fest celebration.

Created by local restaurateur Daniel Todd, founder of 4th Street Fillin Station, Dirty Birds Tiki Bar & Grill, and The Alibi Cocktails & Bites, Dirty Noodz represents the latest addition to Cocoa Beach’s growing independent restaurant scene.

The former Subway location has been completely transformed into a vibrant 121-seat destination featuring hand-painted murals, street-art-inspired graphics, neon accents, expansive indoor and outdoor seating, and a signature pink sake-and-cocktail bar that serves as the centerpiece of the restaurant.

Throughout the space, guests will find playful nods to Japanese street culture blended with Cocoa Beach’s laid-back coastal personality.

From the imported Asian beer selection and premium sake program to the bold artwork and energetic atmosphere, every detail was designed to create an experience that feels both familiar and completely unexpected.

Guests can expect a menu filled with rich ramen bowls, Dirty Bao Buns, wok-fired fried rice, dumplings, noodle dishes, rice bowls, and Asian street food favorites designed for sharing, socializing, and late-night cravings.

Signature menu items include Brisket Bao Buns, Dirty Fried Rice, Crispy Chicken ramen, handcrafted noodle bowls, and a rotating selection of chef-driven specials inspired by flavors from across Asia.

The beverage program features an extensive selection of premium sake, imported Asian beers, Japanese-inspired cocktails, highballs, and Dirty Sodas.

Signature cocktails include the Dirty Espresso, Neon Tokyo, Lychee Kiss, and the bright pink fan-favorite Pink Noise.

For guests looking to explore the world of sake, Dirty Noodz offers curated sake flights and premium pours featuring high-end selections available in smaller serving sizes.

The program allows guests to sample and compare a variety of styles and premium offerings without committing to an entire bottle, creating one of the most approachable and diverse sake experiences on the Space Coast.

“We wanted to build something fun, energetic, and a little unexpected for Cocoa Beach,” said Todd.

“Dirty Noodz is the kind of place where you can grab a quick bowl of ramen for lunch, meet friends for cocktails and sake, or settle in for a full dinner and stay all night. We created a restaurant that doesn’t take itself too seriously, but takes great food, drinks, and hospitality very seriously.

“Every restaurant we’ve built has had its own personality. Dirty Noodz is probably the boldest one yet. From the food and cocktails to the artwork, music, and atmosphere, we wanted guests to feel like they’ve stepped into something completely different from anything else on the Space Coast.

“We weren’t trying to build a traditional ramen shop. We wanted to create an experience. The food matters, the drinks matter, but the atmosphere matters too. Whether you’re sitting at the pink bar with a sake flight, grabbing bao buns and cocktails with friends, or coming in for a late-night bowl of ramen, we wanted Dirty Noodz to feel like a place people remember.”

The restaurant recently welcomed friends, family, vendors, contractors, and supporters for a series of soft-opening events ahead of this weekend’s public debut.

“The response has been incredible,” Todd said. “Our staff absolutely crushed it during opening week, and we’re excited to finally share Dirty Noodz with the entire community.”
